Aegis Secure Key supports independent administrator and user PINs. Admin Mode controls the device's universal, programmable settings and can only be accessed with an Admin PIN. User mode is limited to basic external drive functions such as read/write, unlock/lock, etc.

Detects unintentional button presses and puts the device back into sleep mode to prevent battery drain and false force attempts.

It can be configured as a fixed disk or removable media in the device configuration.
