Samsung PM893 is available in a 2.5-inch form factor with a SATA 6 Gb/s interface and a capacity of up to 7.68 TB, the PM893 meets the requirements of server storage systems, providing additional reliability for critical data with comprehensive data protection.

The PM893 is designed to achieve optimal performance with a high level of QoS (quality of service) over the SATA interface.
Sequential read/write speeds of up to 550/520 MB/s and random read/write speeds of up to 98,000/30,000 IOPS are ideal for handling massive amounts of data.

The PM893 is protected by end-to-end data protection to ensure consistency throughout the entire data transfer path and prevents data corruption in the event of a power failure with power loss protection.
